It's blue, it is peppermint and does not taste bad. It appears to freshen my breath. I soaked my mouth guard in it and it gave the
mouth guard a nice minty flavor too.
I have no idea if it actually kills germs or prevents
gingivitis. Same as the
12 hour
protection and plaque reduction, no one has complained about my breath since I
have used it but no one complained before I used it either. Plaque reduction probably is a very long
term thing but one can only hope. I
like it better then the 800 pound listerine gorilla.
