Briggs & Riley Kinzie Street, Large Backpack

This is a very good looking backpack.  I would go as far as to say sophisticated if that word can be applied to a backpack.  I would like to have a commission on the zippers on this thing.  There are zippers all over the place.  It has many useful pockets and this can easily replace an over night bag with the spacious large pocket.   The straps are a bit narrow but that can easily be remedied with a couple of lambs wool sleeves which I have used on other backpacks as well.   This is not a camp in the wilderness backpack though, this is a backpack that will accessories your travel accruements quite nicely.  This is a backpack you could carry into a board meeting.  Of course at $279.00 you may need to be on the board to afford it.  Proprietary Tartex Imported Polyester lining Zipper closure 16" shoulder drop 18" high 12" wide I f reviewing a product, it may have been received free of charge. AmazonBasics Mechanical Feel Gaming Keyboard

AmazonBasics Mechanical Feel Gaming Keyboard This feels like a very sturdy keyboard.  Considering the passion exhibited by some gamers that is a good thing.  I like the mechanical feel.  Even though the back lighting really doesn’t accomplish a thing, I like it.  I particularly like it in the evening when the lighting is dim you can still type and see your keys.  I realize the true touch typist doesn’t need that but…. I do.  I programmed a Macro and it worked.   I think this keyboard will be very popular with the gamers and perhaps even those of us who will just like the feel and the lighting.  If reviewing a product, it may have been received free of charge. HOT SKY Bluetooth Wireless Earphones with microphone

HOT SKY Automatic Turn On and Pair Earphones Bluetooth Wireless True Wireless Bluetooth Earphones with microphone Ear Buds Sweatproof Wireless Earphones with mic and Charging Case BS209FD-R I wanted to really like these due to the size and convenience.  You pop them into the charging case to charge them and they are super light weight.  The sound was pretty good.  Thumping bass is an exaggeration.  There was bass but it certainly wasn’t thumping.  My big concern was that the left ear piece kept cutting out.  I though it might be losing the pairing so I put them back in the charger and restarted.  The ear  pieces said they paired.  I tried again and found the left one cutting out again.   I switched from one tablet to another brand of tablet and found the same issue.  So the cutting out is a biggie for me.  Although a major factor in liking these would be the size and lightness that can be bit of a problem as well.  I found that if I adjusted them in my ear I could turn

Sabrent USB 3.0 to SATA External Hard Drive Docking Station for 2.5" or 3.5"' HDD, SSD [Support UASP] (EC-UBLB)

This worked beautifully, right out of the box.  No instructions read, no forethought, really   just plain dumb luck.  I wanted to get the review written and decided to wing it.  Luckily it worked. I tested it with a 1TB Hitachi drive.  It accessed the files quickly and worked perfectly.  I love having the ability to swap out drives via USB. From the vendor: The Sabrent SATA Hard Drive Docking Station enables you to access desktop or laptop hard drives, without the frustration of assembling hard drive enclosures. By inserting a 2.5"/3.5" SATA hard drive directly into this docking station, you can quickly access drive contents and transfer files. Plus you can swap out hard drives effortlessly with plug and play mounting. Transfer data quickly and easily through USB 3.0 at speeds up to 5Gbps. Roxio Creator NXT 6 Complete CD/DVD Burning and Creativity Suite for PC

Really doesn’t matter what this claims to do, it would not install. I tried twice.  I tried installing it, I rebooted and tried again. It gives me undefined errors with no way or suggestions to fix them.  I tried repairing the installation and it told me I had an old version. I tried clicking on their “update” and it returned me to the same screen.  So no way of knowing what this will do as it won’t  install.  It also chugged and chugged and chugged, install or attempted install took well over 1.5 hours each time. If reviewing a product, it may have been received free of charge. That will NEVER have a bearing on my recommendations.

Decibullz - Custom Molded Professional Filters with Professional Acoustic Filter Technology, Perfect for Musicians, Recording Professionals and Concertgoers

This is a product that I was totally unfamiliar with but seemed like a really good idea.  Growing up in the age of classic rock, I listened to a lot of music at levels that were no doubt damaging to my hearing.  Working in the steel mill also had serious noise levels.  This was in a time period where ear plugs were not recognized for hearing protection or at least not used.   We got to a lot of tribute band concerts and the noise level is often almost painful.  The venue hands out ear plugs but they distort the sound and the whole point is to immerse your self in music. (and nostalgia.)  I want be testing these in that type of venue for another month as we have tickets to a Classic Albums Live rendition of Led Zep II.  As an aside if you are into classic rock and have the opportunity to hear a Classic Albums Live concert, GO!  They do the albums note for note and word for word. But I digress, I tried these ear filters and cranked up my sound system to extreme.  They work
