Bionic Body by Kim Lyons Bionic Resistance Tube, Red, 70-Pound

This tube has considerably more resistance than any of my other tubes.   There seems to be an assumption that you know what to do with it if you buy it.   Since I have a competitor's resistant band kit that included handles and work out guide I know what to do with this.   I think it might behoove the vendor to add a note that handles are needed to use this on Amazon.  The box the tube came in notes that handles are needed and sold separately.   I did a quick look on the website noted on the insert in the package.  A search of the topics did not find bionic or tube so a cursory search does not show any information or exercises for the tube.   There are plenty of other sites that provide resistance band or tube exercises so this will still work well for you provided you buy their handles or you have handles you are already using.   Quality seems to be very good, the lack of attention to detail on the website for exercises and the lack on Amazon of noting the need for handles prevents me from giving it five stars.

From the vendor:
  • High quality double-coated latex for consistent resistance
  • Tear resistant material for a safe workout
  • Adaptable for a wide variety of different exercises
  • Compact and travel friendly
  • Includes one resistance tube

Samsung FlipShot-ho hum

I just got the Samsung FlipShot aka SCH-U900. If you haven’t noticed by now, I am very family oriented, specifically focused on grandchildren. I frequently lament that I don’t have my camera on me. However, I always have my phone on me. Thusly I wanted a phone with a decent camera. The FlipShot comes close. Samsung claims it is a 3 megapixel camera with flash and zoom. The photos are not what I would consider decent from a digital camera but compared to my last phone/camera, they are much better. The phone has a slot for a micro sd memory card. I popped a 2gb card in there for saving my photos. I have not been able to find a way to default the photos to the memory card. You have to manually move them. I haven’t given up and perhaps in a software upgrade there will be a way to get them to the card without moving them manually. Getting them off of the phone is interesting. If you don’t buy Samsung’s charging/data cable, you can send them to yourself and get them on your pc that way. You
