I tested this router and it works great. It installed easily. I plugged in (hard wire) my laptop and the speed was good. I tested the wifi with my phone and it worked well. I have a signal analyzer app on my phone and the router's signal was very strong. Overall this is an impressive router and Netgear's Genie software allows you to do things like connect a hard drive and share it. I did not need technical support so I can evaluate that but my experience in the past with Netgear products has been positive.
