This is the nicest digital thermometer I have owned.   I like the silicon cover which give both a good grip and protection against heat.   The folding probe makes for safer storage than my  other unit.  Instant temperature readings means less hair burned off my knuckles when grilling.  All in all, this is a nice unit for cooking and grilling  If reviewing a product, it may have been received free of charge. That will NEVER have a bearing on my recommendations.

The sheets feel very soft and smooth.   I was a little apprehensive about the sateen finish but luckily that is not like satin sheets which I don't care for one whit.  The lilac color though is almost indiscernible.  It isn't bad it just isn't very "lilacky?".  They fit well. Ruger Pepper Gel Dorm/Apartment Kit - Police Strength Keychain Pepper Gel (Max Protection - 25 Bursts) and 120 dB Door Stop Alarm (1,000 Foot Range) This is an interesting product.  I'm not sure I like the dorm room suggestion as that seems like that should be a safe haven but then I'm not on college campuses on a regular basis.   The door stop alarm is LOUD!  I warned my wife I was going to test it and she still said it scared the bejabbers out of her.   It seems like it would be a pretty good deterrent.    The Pepper Gel seems like a good idea, the gel aspect.   I was once hit peripherally with tear gas in the late 60's and I didn't like it one bit.   My cop buddies tell me pepper spray is worse so the idea of a gel that is avoiding overspray and the consequent innocent bystanders makes sense.   This is my first look at a pepper spray.   I am not overly confident in the release valve. ...

This is another piece that is prettier than it's photo.  The contrast between the large black stone and the small sparkly  ones is very attractive.   The key, as always is,  "ooh, that is pretty!" , if that is the reaction then it is a good purchase.   $28.00 at Amazon.
