In part one, I talk about what inspires me to write a specific book. My philosophy is that if I help a single person, the book is a success. I love to write! I hate marketing my books. I'm aware that I could sell more books if I was more aggressive in my marketing. It annoys me that I ignore the fact that helping more than one kid should be incentive enough to be more aggressive in my marketing. The money I earn from my books gets plowed into the next book. Editors and illustrators are important to any author. I am lucky enough to have outstanding examples of both, neither are free. I'd rather be writing a new book than selling an old one. The Catch-22 is that selling the old ones supports producing the new ones which takes time away from writing a new one. I may be whining here, I'm not sure. Bottom line, check out my books, if you see one you like, buy it! Feel free to comment and suggest...
