Update 8/26/20 The battery died.  It will not charge.  I was pleasantly surprised to get a delightful woman in customer service who handled my concern very professionally and will be replacing the battery.   So as much as I liked this before, I like it more now.  Good support trumps good price, every single time! Actual Arm, Mine I was a bit nervous about one size fits all but this sleeve fits perfectly.   I have long arms and that was a concern but as you can see in the photo it is just fine.   I was surprised that these sleeves are not oppressively hot, initially they seemed to be but after 3 holes (golf)  I didn't even notice I was wearing a sleeve. I like the method of recharging these batteries.  instead of trying to remember where you put the charger and setting it up, this comes with magnetic connection usb chargers.  Seems like a good idea.  They batteries came charged, put them on a tester when they arrived and they had the right charge. Got the batteries today, put them on a tester and got an appropriate reading.  Longevity is difficult to know since I would have to wait the 10 years to determine that.  The thing with Lithium batteries is the longevity.   If your smoke detector, or carbon monoxide detector are inconvenient to reach, you want to have the longest life battery you can find.  Lithium should do it.
