REVISION 7/31/19  Product lasted 24 months.  Initial post was June 30, 2017   This is an update 7/31/19  My golf watch had the crystal cracked.  It worked fine, including the touch functions but I felt it should be repaired so it would continue to work.   When I emailed the company I was told it could be repaired for between $35 and $40 plus shipping.  That seemed reasonable and I paid $8 to ship it to them.  After a week or so I got an email saying it couldn't be repaired.   My response to them was that it was just a cracked crystal.   The communication with them indicated they didn't know that.   I explained that all functions worked and that only the crystal needed replaced.  I got a response they would look at it again.  Tonight I got another email saying they can't repair it.   Now if they can't replace the crystal I am confused as to why they had me spend $8 to mail it to them.
