He called for some troubleshooting ideas and after I had him connect it to his laptop and still no picture he decided a 5 year old monitor was due for replacement. He did not pay for expedited shipping and got it next day anyway. He hooked it up and so far he loves it. He loves it even more now that the $30 rebate he got last week is off in June.
